Founder, Tina Thompkins, brings two decades of experience in the field of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Tina is an accomplished leader with a history of successfully designing DEI strategy and implementing DEI programs. Not only is Tina experienced in setting up programs, but she is also adept at building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, HR resource groups and strategic partners. Working with Tina you can be sure you are working with an expert in the field. Her previous work includes tenures with Ernst and Young, Pfizer, ESPN, and The New York Times.
With this knowledge of the industry and proven success in her field, Tina has developed Equity Partnership Collective to provide companies with a strategic approach to all event planning and management needs.
